This band's repertoire consists of modern salsa and timba, Nuyorican mambo, authentic cha-cha-chá, son, guaracha and Latin jazz, spiced up when needed with classic danzónes, and boléros. Have a look at our sample tune-list.

Our 9 piece band consists of Latin American lead vocalist, trumpet, trombone, saxophone/flute, three Latin percussionists (congas, bongos & timbales), piano and double bass.

We can provide salsa dancers/teachers who can give exhibition dances, demonstrate steps, and help to get everyone onto the dance floor whatever their level of expertise.

Another option which some wedding couples have chosen is to have one of our dancers to choreograph their first dance. This is always stunning and memorable, and you and your guests will never forget it!

No other Latin band in Britain today has such a wide and contrasting repertoire. We are taking great care in our arrangements to use the best Cuban, Colombian, Puerto Rican and New York sources to choose not just exciting dance music, but strong compositions that have stood the test of time. Our lead singers are native born Spanish speakers from Cuba, Venezuela & Colombia, and all of our percussionists have studied extensively in Cuba and other Latin American countries.

The personnel of the band includes the musicians we use in our jazz groups and our smaller Latin band Cafecito, so if you want background music at your event, say as you're welcoming your guests, then we can easily provide it.

For Latin American themed evenings we work closely with the top Latin American dance company in the UK, Oi Brasil Shows, and with their specialist Cuban choreographer Ileana Cachon (from Lady Salsa). We can provide you with anything from one dancer to a whole spectacular show with 16 dancers, and dance styles varying from folkloristic to full Tropicana.

Cafecito - six piece Cuban café music band

We have had so many requests for "more laid-back Latin music" that we formed a new band!

Cafecito plays a lively pre-salsa style of music as still heard on the streets of old Havana today. It is ideal for any occasion including
